This policy explains how AQ Marketing collects, uses and shares information when you use our website. It also explains your choices and how to contact us.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, service of interest, what you would like to discuss and your message. We use this information to respond to your request, such as providing the free audit you asked for. The form asks you to agree to a one-time audit response at the email address and phone number you provide. Your information goes to our LeadConnector / HighLevel CRM.
The free-audit widget on our homepage is provided by LeadConnector / HighLevel. Information you enter in that widget goes to our CRM.
Our chat assistant collects the messages you type. If you choose to share them, it also collects your name, email address, phone number, address, business name, type of business, services, service areas, website, marketing needs, budget range, timeline and preferred contact time.
The chat assistant uses Anthropic's AI service to generate replies from your messages. We store your chat transcript and the details you provide, and send them to our LeadConnector / HighLevel CRM. We use the chat to answer your questions and, if you choose, follow up or book a call.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address.
- Your browser and device type.
- The pages you visit and your time on the site.
- The page that referred you to our site.
- Your approximate location derived from your IP address.
Our tools also collect website visits and actions, campaign referral information, and browser or visitor identifiers. Our visitor identification service tries to identify otherwise anonymous visitors by matching their browsers to identity data held by partner networks.
How we use automatic information
- Google Analytics measures how you find and use the website so we can improve it. Gauges counts page views for hosting-level traffic statistics.
- Our attribution cookie remembers which ad or campaign link brought you here so we can credit form submissions to that source.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether form submissions come from a person rather than a bot.
- Pressable hosts the website and processes standard request data, including IP addresses in server logs.
- Google Fonts delivers typefaces. Google Maps displays an interactive map on some pages. Your browser sends your IP address to Google when it requests these features.
- OpenAI's ads measurement pixel reports visits and actions to measure advertising. Google advertising features support advertising reporting and recognition across sites and devices.
- Our visitor identification service tries to identify otherwise anonymous visitors by matching their browsers to identity data held by partner networks. LiveIntent links browsers to identifiers used for advertising.
Who receives information
We do not sell your personal information. We do share information for targeted advertising. Information also goes to the providers that support our website and its features, as described below.
- CRM and audit-widget providers receive the contact and request details you submit.
- AI service providers receive your chat messages to generate replies.
- Hosting and security providers process website request data and check form submissions.
- Analytics providers receive information about website visits.
- Font and map providers receive information when your browser loads their features.
- Advertising measurement providers, advertising services and identity networks receive website activity or identifiers through the tools described in this policy.
